David K. Clarke (USA) holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from AIU in Atlanta, Georgia and has over 15 years of experience with digital media ranging from video games to websites, app development, and online marketing. He also has over 5 years of experience in ESL language education, having developed many curriculum course books, co-author of the UNiTar GPST TESOL-C, and educational media for young learners. He has also taught ESL classes throughout China, ranging from kindergarten through high school, as well as adult language training.
David is currently seeking to combine his passions for digital media and education into a new and exciting medium, where people can learn valuable language skills while having the enjoyment of playing games; noting that players of high value entertainment games naturally seem to learn quickly and retain information, as shown by his personal experience with people learning Chinese and/or English by immersing themselves in a digital world.
Mr. Clarke also has previous education experience teaching webmaster certification and Flash programming at Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. He currently resides in Shanghai, PRC and Hong Kong.
